Theresa has over 30 years of real estate experience in all different aspects of the industry. She began her real estate career with Coldwell Banker Commercial in 1989 as an assistant to 5 of the top producing commercial real estate brokers in Houston. After several years, with Coldwell Banker, she left to work for Carlisle, Inc. a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family housing and retail centers. Theresa was employed by Carlisle for over 20 years. Before joining the Reyes Realty Group, Theresa was employed by Mattress Firm as a Specialist in retail site procurement where she worked with real estate brokers all over the United States to find new locations.
Theresa's main goal as a real estate agent is helping her clients find the home that is suited for their lifestyle. Whether it is first time home buyers, growing young families or retirees looking for that special place to spend time with family, Theresa will give her clients her full attention and knowledge of real estate to find that perfect new home.

Theresa has been a resident of Alvin since 1969. She attended Alvin High School where she met her husband of 37 years. They have two children, who along with their spouses both own businesses in Alvin. When she is not busy with clients, you will find her spending time with her 9 grandchildren. A love of God and family is very important to Theresa.
